The room was stunning and well designed. Italy was having a heat wave when we stayed and the aircon was a life saver and cooled the whole room. Comfortable stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful so check in was very easy and quick. The apartment is located a short drive of 10 mins from the lake so i would advise to have a car or be prepared for buses / ubers. Parking on site was available. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

The building is located 5-10 min away from the Lecco center by car and 15 min away by bus, the bus stop is next to the building which is very convenient. The apartment has air conditioner, a little kitchen with a fridge, a super nice shower and a big bed. You have a balcony with a view on a little river and some mountains which is great. And finally there is a bar at the ground floor, it's actually in renovation so I couldn't test it but I can imagine the party with the other person in the building!
The only bad point is that the building is located next to a kennel and the dogs bark every morning around 8am. If you have fragile sleep I recommend you to bring some earplugs. Of course this is not a choice of the owner, if you plan to do lots of activities and not sleep until 11am this should not be a problem for you!

Antonio, the owner's son was great. Good English, very friendly and helped carry our bags to the room. Good aircon.
The apartment doesn't look much like the adverts - the photos make it look much better than it is. The location is poor - next to a bus stop and a waste-processing plant. Very noisy outside, made worse by noisy guests inside at 2am. Nothing to do nearby and a 10 minute drive from Lecco. Lots of ants and spiders inside the room. Very cramped room. Need to walk through a restaurant under construction to get to the stairs to the room. Toiletries very average.
