Anzio 9 Guest House

As a family, we often stay in apartments, and this was by far the best one we’ve ever booked. The house was spacious, full of character, and beautifully designed over two floors. It combined charming antique furniture with a modern, spotless, and comfortable atmosphere. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras. There was sparkling wine, water, ice cream in the freezer, as well as pasta and pasta sauce waiting for us. The apartment was also well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper—small details that many hosts overlook but that made us feel especially welcome. A lot of interesting books to look through even if you don’t speak Italian, i enjoyed every small detail in this house. The location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by local shops and restaurants, with a beautiful garden to enjoy. The city center was about a 20-minute walk away. The owner, Cesare, and his father were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave us many helpful recommendations and were always available on WhatsApp if we had any questions. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t change a thing. We would be happy to come back.

Maybe just tiny details: WLAN was a bit weak and the bed was a bit older. Also no dishwasher. But for one week it was not a problem for us. I still give 10 out of 10

Dom jest niesamowity! Ma duszę ♥️. Pięknie urządzony, czysty, łóżka wygodne, blisko do centrum i nad jezioro Como (z powrotem pod górkę). Piękne widoki z balkonów na góry. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzeba. Duża przestrzeń. Świetny taras z pięknymi kwiatami i wygodnymi leżakami. Czułam się jak w domu. Właściciele przemili i pomocni. Pozdrawiamy ich serdecznie. To był niesamowity czas. Z chęcią tam wrócę ♥️

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Krásný dům v klidné čtvrti. Klimatizace, venkovní žaluzie pro absolutní klid. Všude čisto a dostatek prostoru. Do centra 10 min pěšky, lze využít i městskou dopravu. Majitel Cesare a tatínek Paolo jsou úžasní a starostliví. Se vším poradí a jsou opravdu přátelští ! Na konci se vám nebude chtít odjet !
