Nagyon jó helyen található. Közel a központ és a strand. Bolt a közvetlen szomszédban.
A klímaberendezés nagyon gyenge volt. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek voltak.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer. Jederzeit erreichbar und entgegenkommend.
Im Zimmer war das Nötigste da, leider kein WLAN, aber es geht auch so.
Direkt neben der Unterkunft liegt ein Supermarkt, der einen mit allem versorgt, was man so benötigt. Besonders praktisch morgens für frische Brötchen.
WLAN wäre schön gewesen, ansonsten war alles da, was man so benötigt.

We had a wonderful stay!
The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
Luca was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond.
Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly felt at home.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Ottima la posizione, vicina alle spiagge, al centro e a un piccolo supermercato. Molto apprezzati anche il bagno con box doccia e il parcheggio privato (anche se l’erba sarebbe da tagliare).
Luca è stato molto disponibilek.
Purtroppo la pulizia non era accurata: abbiamo trovato ragnatele, residui lasciati dai precedenti inquilini, pavimenti in linoleum puliti superficialmente e il balcone sporco.
Le dotazioni erano piuttosto scarse: asciugamani solo da doccia (nessuno da viso), assenza di mocio per le pulizie, bacinella per la lavatrice mancante e stoviglie poco assortite, con pochi piatti e set non completi.
Anche l’arredamento è datato, così come il frigorifero, che aveva la lampadina interna bruciata (segnalata ma non sostituita).
Inoltre, il condizionatore posizionato nel cucinino non è sufficiente a rinfrescare l’intero appartamento, costringendo a tenerlo acceso a lungo.
In sintesi, per una famiglia che preferisce cucinare in appartamento cibi freschi e non precotti, non lo consiglierei, soprattutto in relazione al prezzo pagato.
