Pleasant

The beach was close and the location was good as well. The reserved place on the beach is a great thing too.

The place is not a cleanest one. The apartment was on the bottom of the complex and you could hear all other guests coming back at night (closing doors, being loud...). The price of any additional service is high and most importantly there is no transparency in the price lists - anywhere.

L’appartamento non è dotato di lavatrice, ne’ di asciugacapelli. Il clima è a pagamento. A parità di prezzo ho soggiorna

La vicinanza al mare

Non mi è piaciuto che la porta d’ingresso del condominio fosse sempre spalancata h24 avendo pure le porte d’ingresso normali non blindate e con vetro centrale. Sicurezza zero.

В 11 часов вы получаете ключи от квартиры и ждёте до 18 часов пока там сделают уборку. Открытый балкон, во время дождя пользоваться болконом нельзя. Не удобная парковка. Мягкие матрасы на кровати. В душе вода уходит отвратительно, пока примешь душ, вода по щиколотку. Окна без москитных сеток и не наклоняются.

Struttura in buonissima posizione, ha tutto quello che serve attorno, a pochi metri da Supermercato, spiaggia e centro. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve. Ottima cosa il parcheggio condominiale.

La casa non é insonorizzata, si sentono quasi tutti i rumori esterni (se hai dei vicini rumorosi non aiuta specialmente di notte).

Monolocale carino. Posizione centrale, spiaggia vicina.

Terrazzo con grande potenziale ma il pavimento in cemento è mal messo, manca una tenda o almeno un ombrellone. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Spazi comuni non curati. Climatizzatore e biancheria sono optionals da pagare a parte. La lavatrice in un soggiorno estivo balneare a mio parere è necessaria.

Super Urlaub, haben ihn sehr genossen und die Unterkunft war in optimaler Lage.

Super Lage, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand (mit reservierter Liege und Schirm) und auch direkt an der Fußgängerzone

Die Lage ist absolut Top, egal ob Strand oder Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich vor dem Haus Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet

Die große Terrasse und die ruhige Lage

Durch das sperrige Klappbett und dem großen Tisch war wenig Platz im Apartment. Die Terrassenmöbel waren nicht aufgestellt und im Appartement gelagert. Liegen am Strand waren nicht verfügbar.
