A nice stay in general.

The apartments are modern, with enough room to fit 6 people. We were there as a family of 4. There is a balcony in every room which is a plus. The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE, the pillows aswell. The bathrooms were big enough. It is located in a calm area yet close to the beach, only 3 streets aways and close to a market.

The apartment in general was clean, but we did find one toilet that was stated as sanitized yet dirty under the lid. Maybe they should check the cleaners work more often. They do not have enough items to maintain the apartment clean during the stay, so YOU have to bring every product you would need in a home. We did end up buying them at the market which was fine in the end. The coffee machines are oldstyle ones, I can't wait to go back home and drink a NICE coffee. For some it is maybe just a DETAIL, but we are talking about ITALY they should have at least a good coffee machine since they don't provide the coffee itself anyway.

Nice big clean appartment, but no atmosphere and not well equipped

No equipment for cleaning - no dish soap, no tablets for dish washer, no paper towels etc. Two remote controls needed new batteries. No sunbeds on rooftop - space on rooftop could have been used better - maybe a spa.

Clean and fresh Apartment with a huge balcony

Clean Apartment with all needed facilities. No issues with parking. Huge balcony with place to rest and eat. Enough dishes. There was no tablets for dishwasher. Professional wash machine is available downstairs. It costs 6 euro, no need to buy detergent only softener.

Keys pick-up location was at 9 min long ride location. Additionally, I had to pick-up big packet with bedclothes. For me it was not an issue at all since I was travelling with a car. However, it may be an issue for anyone without a car. Dishwasher had to be closed with force in order to start the washing program.

Celkovy dojem super, chybalo malo do uplnej dokonalosti.

Priestranne izby, terasy, elektricke vonkajsie zaluzie, dispozicia, vzdialenost od plaze a ticha lokalita. Cele dobre.

Vyslovene sa mi nepacili iba kuchynske stolicky, lebo su z nejakeho gumoveho materialu a nedalo sa na nich sediet bez uteraka/vankusa, co sme nastastie mali z domu so sebou. A urcite by som uvitala a milo by ma prekvapilo keby boli k dispozicii zakladne veci ako sol, koreniny, olej, kava, mydlo na ruky.

Jó nagy az apartman és gyönyörű helyen van. Nagyon kevés plusszal lehetne jobb is

Modern módon van felujitva, saját parkolója van és tágas a terasz.

Gyakran csatornaszag jön a fürdőhelységekből. Nincs se tisztálkodó se tisztítószer, ami nem nagy gond beszerezni csak jobb lenne tudni előre. Kevés a pohár, nincsenek nagy tálak (saláta, leves, spagetti, stb), nagyon spártai a felszerelés. A 8 fős apartmanhoz 1 napernyő és 2 napágy tartozik, amit max 2 további napággyal lehet bővíteni. Pont ennyi kap az is aki 4 főset vagy kisebbet bérel. A strandon is csak másik szektorban lehet napernyőt bérelni, miközben üres a fél strand.

Nicht empfehlenswert, überteuert, kein Service

Die Lage und die Aussicht!

Sehr steril und rudimentär ausgestattet. Die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher mussten bei der Agentur zuvor abgeholt und in das Apartment gebracht werden. Die Betten mussten dann auch noch selbst überzogen werden. Die Bettdecke ist ein dünnes Leintuch, dazu kann man bei Bedarf eine nicht beziehbare Überdecke zum Wärmen nehmen. (Hygienisch ist was anderes). Die Matratze ist eine typische Billigmatratze. Am Ende wird man trotz Reinigungspauschale dazu aufgefordert die Küche, ich zitiere, PERFEKT zu reinigen. Ansonsten soll man zusätzlich 40-80€ nachträglich zahlen. Schlüsselübergabe am Abreisetag um 9:00 (!!) Uhr in der Früh.

Es war eisig kalt in der Wohnung, keine Decken, kein Geschirrtuch, nur halbe Rolle Toilettpapier, klemmende Tür ins Schlafzimmer die kaum zu schließen war. keine deutschen oder österreichische Fernsehsender. Das schlimmste jedoch war der extreme Gestank in der gesamten Wohnung. Durfte Problem mit der Entlüftung der Abflußrohre geben.
