Die Lage war wirklich toll!
Hygiene und Sauberkeit könnten deutlich verbessert werden. Staub unter allen Möbelstücken, schimmelige Dichtungen und Fugen in den Bädern, sehr muffiger Geruch;
Sehr unbequeme Matratzen;

The apartments are modern, with enough room to fit 6 people. We were there as a family of 4. There is a balcony in every room which is a plus. The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE, the pillows aswell. The bathrooms were big enough. It is located in a calm area yet close to the beach, only 3 streets aways and close to a market.
The apartment in general was clean, but we did find one toilet that was stated as sanitized yet dirty under the lid. Maybe they should check the cleaners work more often. They do not have enough items to maintain the apartment clean during the stay, so YOU have to bring every product you would need in a home. We did end up buying them at the market which was fine in the end. The coffee machines are oldstyle ones, I can't wait to go back home and drink a NICE coffee. For some it is maybe just a DETAIL, but we are talking about ITALY they should have at least a good coffee machine since they don't provide the coffee itself anyway.

Nowoczesny apartament w świetnej, spokojnej lokalizacji. W pobliżu apartamentu wszystko co potrzeba. Blisko do plaży. Miejsce parkingowe przypisane do apartamentu, teren ogrodzony.
Zastrzeżenia do czystości. Krzesła przy stole niedomyte, klejące. Brak podstawowych środków czystości w aneksie kuchennym.

Lage, Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung, abgeschlossener zugewiesener Parkplatz,
Es war eisig kalt in der Wohnung, keine Decken, kein Geschirrtuch, nur halbe Rolle Toilettpapier, klemmende Tür ins Schlafzimmer die kaum zu schließen war. keine deutschen oder österreichische Fernsehsender. Das schlimmste jedoch war der extreme Gestank in der gesamten Wohnung. Durfte Problem mit der Entlüftung der Abflußrohre geben.
