It was a really pleasent stay. The apartment is very close to beach, store, restaurants and has its own parking spot so you don't have to worry about that. Luca is a kind host and communication was very easy.

Strandnähe, ruhige Lage und Stadtnähe.
Alte Möbel, zum Teil lieblos eingerichtet. Zweites Schlafzimmer hat die Größe einer Abstellkammer. Duschwanne starke Schmutzrückstände zwischen Duschwanne und Duschabtrennung. Türklinkenabdeckung von der Badezimmertür fehlt eine Schraube. Topfdeckelhalter im Schrank verrostet.
Matratzenbezug vom Gästebett Löcher. Herd eingebrannte Rückstände. Dunstabzugshaube(Filter) stark verschmutzt.
Badezimmertür Schnapper schließt nicht. Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt. Parkplatz schlecht befahrbar da nach der Einfahrt
um eine Hausecke herumrangiert werden muss. (Für Mittelklassefahrzeuge nicht geeignet)
