Mieliśmy duży problem z otwarciem drzwi i dostaniem się do obiektu, na szczęście kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry i szybko wysłała sąsiadkę, która nam pomogła. Zapach z odpływu prysznica był powalający.

I chose these apartments because of the beautiful interior design, modern furniture, and the convenient location close to both the train station and the city center. There were some positive aspects: the room had a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, and basic facilities for cooking.

However, I was very disappointed to discover that the room had no window and no ventilation hood in the cooking area. I honestly do not understand how guests are expected to cook without proper ventilation. This is not a real apartment but rather one room among many separate rooms in a large building. Finding the room was also difficult, especially in the evening, with multiple floors and many closed doors.The lack of a window and fresh air made the room feel more like a storage room than an apartment. This was the biggest disappointment for me and should be clearly stated in the description. The bed was also below expectations. Communication about the city tax was also poor. I was asked to pay it by bank transfer before arrival, even though the booking was prepaid and my 11-year-old child is exempt from this tax. Later I was told it could simply be paid in cash.
