A beautiful renovated apartment in the heart of the historical center of Kosice with parking. It provides you a washing machine for the plates and clothes and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Two critical disadvantages for someone that stays here during summer. The curtains leave the light come in and i couldn't sleep so you have to change them immediately. And the most important was the fact that it doesn't have an air conditioner . That has as a result that you have to open the windows during the night to get fresh air and you listen to all the noise from the Street. We were lucky enough that we didn't have the heat wave with the 40+ temperatures that was approaching.

Výborná lokalita a parkovanie vo dvore. Priestranný novozrekonštruovaný byt. Pákový kávovar s kávou a mlynčekom bol príjemným bonusom.

Čistota nebola úplne najlepšia. To sa opakuje v tejto nehnuteľnosti žiaľ častejšie. Týkalo sa to najmä kúpeľne a kuchyne. Posteľ v spálni je užšia, pružiny vŕzgali a mohla byť pohodlnejšia, čo je u takéhoto pekne zariadeného bytu škoda. Drobnou nevýhodou je, že vchodové dvere majú aj z vonkajšej strany kľučku, takže je vhodné dvere zvnútra zamykať, keďže vo vchode sú obchodné prevádzky a môžu sa tam pohybovať cudzí ľudia.

Clean and spacious apartment in the very centre of Kosice. Super smooth communication with the host , easy access even late at night (due to delayed flight) and many food options at the doorstep.

Our host communication waa good. The location of the apartment was perfect, literally within walking distance of all the major sights in Kosice, and private secured parking was available. The apartment itself is quite large by European standards, and had lots of natural light. There was seating in several areas. The apartment also has a washing machine.

The kitchen was not well equipped for meal preparation, I'd have expected proper cooking utensils, and there was no coffee machine of any sort. The toaster was also missing as it had broken and not been replaced. (The owner did offee to bring us one the next day but we just ate other items.) A bit more attention to the kitchen and I'd have scored higher. The toilet was separate from the main bath, which is nice. However, the way it was situated in the room was too close to the wall in front. If you were a bigger person, it would be a tight fit.
