The apartment was great, everything was new and in good condition when we arrived. It was clean and there were no nasty smells. The appliances were all new and modern, everything you need for your stay. The parking was right there at the building and the instructions were clear. Location was also great, reall within walking distance of the historical center.
We really didn't find anything, maybe the fact that it's on a very low level and it will not be hot if it's not hot outside but then again when it is really hot ouside it's probably nice not having to turn on an AC.
