Veľký priestranný moderný byt v blízkosti tak hlavnej vlakovej stanice, Auparku, ako aj centra. Lokalita naozaj výborná, tichá do dvora, takže nebolo počuť električky a dopravu z hlavnej cesty.
Komunikácia s majiteľmi mierne náročná, ak je nejaký problém. Zistili sme, že nefunguje TV. Človek mal večer chuť si pustiť niečo do pozadia, resp. cez obed, keď bolo horúco a až na náš dotaz sme sa dozvedeli, že TV nefunguje, že si môžeme pustiť youtube. Momentálne mi neodpovedajú na žiadosť o doplnenie faktúry. Pleseň v sprchovacom kúte, zle vyčistený sprchovací kút. Chýbali poriadne hrnčeky na čaj. V skrini ste našli žehličku, ale bez žehliacej dosky. Práčka bez sušiaku na prádlo. Nefungujúce hodiny na stene, neprestavený čas na hodinách na rúre. Keď ste otvorili okno, cítili ste cigaretový dym (v blízkosti mali stolík na fajčenie) a mali ste pocit, že vám stále niekto chodí popred okná. Vankúše veľmi divne voňali a boli vyležané. Kopec mini detailov, keby bolo dotiahnutých, tak je to ubytovanie snov, lebo lokalita je ozaj TOP.
