Velky priestor. Kuchynka s plnym vybavenim. Dobra lokita

Matrac na posteli bol nadmierne opotrebovany - jedna cast sa prepadala nizsie. Bolo velmi pocut hluk susedov nad nami.

The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was easy to find and to get into. The location was close to the old town. The bed was large and comfortable (once fixed). The apartment was generally clean and tidy* (see below for comments on kitchen).

(1) The location - while close to the city center (which is good) it is also in the same "courtyard" as a bar/restaurant. There can be patrons outside your bedroom and entryway windows making noise until the place closes. (2) The "vibe" of the apartment - this place appeared to be a remodeled office space, and that is what it felt like to me. High acoustic ceilings and office-style vertical blinds that were a bit tricky to close completely, which was not good given aforementioned issue with patrons at bar. It didn't feel very private. (3) The privacy coming out of the bathroom: walking out of the bathroom you immediately (right in front of the bathroom door) greet a large window facing the courtyard where bar patrons can congregate, and as the vertical blinds do not close 100% all of the time there is a lack of privacy. (see photo) (4) The bed was "broken" when I arrived . The frame had not been assembled properly so one of the mattresses was several cm higher than the other (two mattresses stuck together in one frame). I had to fight with the frame to get the mattresses level with each other before I could sleep on it. (5) The kitchen drawers and utensils were unkempt, disorganized and dirty. (see photo) Summary: While the place is fairly large and in a good location with regards to the old town, I didn't feel very comfortable here - it was like sleeping in an office. Also, I never appreciate arriving to dirty kitchens when it is so easy to just clean the drawers and utensils. I wouldn't stay here again unless the bar was no longer in business and the window coverings had been replaced with something that made it easier to achieve more privacy. A little more attention from the host would go a long way.
