The flat was spotless, comfortable and a fantastic location. It was also spacious. Michaela has stocked it with lots of small extras so you really feel at home. The beds were comfortable as well. We needed parking one night and there is convenient street parking for quite a low cost (free overnight) nearby. Communication was also good. Very convenient to the old town.
If you are a light sleeper, the street noise in the bedroom can be disruptive (Sturova has quite a bit of traffic), so bring ear plugs or sleep on the bed in the living room. Two of three in our group slept soundly, so just a tip to fellow light sleepers.

This apartment has an excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the center. It was clean, well furnished apartment with everything you need for living in the town.
One room is facing busy road, so if the windows are opened it could be noisy.
But once we close the windows, it was fine, just like a sound machine noise.

We were five adults staying for a short visit. The location was perfect, very close to the heart of the city. A supermarket, pub, and concert hall are all less than a five-minute walk away. We didn't have much luggage, so the three and a half flights of stairs weren't much of an issue.
It might feel a bit cramped for five adults on a longer stay, or be challenging for guests with more luggage, but the photos and description accurately matched what we found upon arrival so we were overall satisfied.
