A chilling, humiliating experience. Unresponsive host.

Spacious, stylish millésime apartment in the greens. Big potential.

Cleaning was not done by the time of agreed check-in. It was twice delayed. I had to spend the time while the cleaning was being done outside in the cold street. As, accordingly, the heating wasn't switched on only until the last minute, I had to spend the first night in a room where the temperature was between 5-10 degrees, with all my clothes on. I was freezing. It waa humiliating. The caretaker did not answer my call, messages and emails. Throughout my stay, temperatures in the apartment never climbed above 15-17 degrees. The thermostat on the wall was not operational. One of the taps was dripping, the WC tank also. Even after cleaning a used soap was offering its services in the bathroom.

Watchout for parking and creaky floor

The apartment is spacious and is very close to the Atomium and also has a tram stop right opposite. All the toiletries and kitchenette were useful although a little old and metally.

The parking is a slope and my car which had low road clearance couldn't fit as it would scrape the bottom of the car and I couldn't find any street parking so it was quite stressful to leave it half down on the slope and half on the road risking a fine. The apartment is on the first floor so you need to carry the bags if any. The floor is wooden and is creaking with the slightest of the steps. We reached late in the night and with a one year old running around, it was difficult since the neighbours on the floor below called us to escalate. The bathroom is nice but mouldy

Tiene muchas carencias que hay que mejorar como la limpieza, la calefacción solo funciona durante dos horas. El grifo de la ducha no funcionaba bien.

Misleidend, vanuit foto’s krijg je de verwachting in een mooi Chinees pand te verblijven. Dit was niet het geval. Het was karig appartement, weinig sfeer en smerig.

Pas de tv pendant plus de la moitié du séjour, internet très lent et j'ai dû utiliser mon propre internet, pas de chauffage, moisissures sur le plafond de la salle de bain, lave-vaisselle cassé, serviettes vaisselle apportées samedi soir, pas de sac bleu PMC, l'appartement était sale.

Dói péssimo cheguei no local na hora marcado e ligaram falando que teve um imprevisto eu não podíamos ficar Eu tinha um compromisso e me atrasei até a booking achar outro lugar mas o atendimento do apartamento péssimo o rapaz super ignorante

Não gostei de nada vc chegar de uma viajem longa e chega na porta do apartamento pensando q vai entrar e descansar Tive q ligar p um homem super ignorante disse q aconteceu um imprevisto por isso a chave não estava e a booking ia reembolsar Mas o transtorne que tive pensando tudo certo e na hora q isso acontece cuidado não aluguem eles não avisam antes esperam vc chegar e se tiver compromisso perde igual eu perdir

Verschmutzt und verschlissen

Die einzigen Pluspunkte gibt es für die Lage und Größe der Wohnung. Wir sind Booking.com- Vielbucher. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Die Mängelliste ist lang: 1.Bad: Schimmel an der Decke, ,Flieseneinbaurahmen fällt aus Wannenverkleidung, alle Möbel verschlissen, unhygienisch 2.Küche: alles unhygienisch,schleifende Tür, Spülbecken verschlissen, Geschirrspüler defekt und fettig,schmutzig 3. Bett: ausgelegen 4.Wohnraum: verschmutzte Überzüge der Stühle und ausgesessen,Couch verschmutzt und fleckig, ebenso Teppich 5.Wasserhahn in Toilette stetig tropfend, Toilettenbrille locker und Spülung läuft sehr lange,Innenbecken verschmutzt 6.Wohnung komplett nicht beheizt, auf diesbezügliche Nachricht vom 11.10 morgens wurde erst am Abend geantwortet Wir konnten die Wohnung nicht wie vereinbart und schriftlich bestätigt beziehen und in der Wartezeit wurde sie nur notdürftig gereinigt(45 min für die g anze Wohnung, wie haben ja detzeit gewartet) .Bezug erst 2 Std.später.Gesamte Wohnung abgewohnt und verschlissen

Pas fameux …

Bien placé près du réseau des transports

J’avais choisi le lieu proche de ma famille et selon la description qui semblait correspondre à nos besoins. Appartement très vieillot, bruyant car la chambre est dans le living et des tramways passent faisant un bruit fort et faisant trembler la maison dès l’aube et tard le soir. Le lit est trop mou … La salle de bain est pleine de moisissures … le lave vaisselles ne fonctionne pas… L’accès au cagibi avec le lave linge pourtant indiqué dans la description n’a été donné qu’après ma demande… Pendant trois jours le wifi et la télévision ne fonctionnait plus, malgré mes signalements… Le parking est utile mais très étroit… Bref le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas.
