- The location is very close to the sea, yet not in a crowded area. All attractions and good cafés/restaurants are within a 5–10 minute walk. - Modern building with a private yard, surrounded by pine trees. Underground parking available. - Very warm, with heating everywhere except the bedroom. - We haven’t heard or seen any neighbors - it’s a very calm and quiet place. - Well equipped kitchen, everything you need is there.

- A mix of fairly modern and outdated equipment in the apartment. - Some things are worn out or broken, e.g., the lights in the kitchen and hallway, and the shower holder in the bathroom. - The large sliding door to the terrace in the main room was also broken. - The noise from the heating convector in the bedroom made it hard to sleep well. - The memory foam mattress is pretty used on one side, uncomfortable. - The water pressure and temperature in the shower were unstable, which made it difficult to wash. - The bikes mounted on the wall of the parking space made it difficult to get in and out of the car.

Labai erdvus apartamentai. Yra indai ir įrankiai. Kavos, arbatos yra . Patalynės papildomai jeigu reikia. Gera vieta iki jūros 5 min. kelio.

Puikioje vietoje, naujos statybos pastate esantis patogiai įrengtas butas. Tinka apsistoti ir dviese, ir su vaikais. Butas aprūpintas viskuo, ko reikia kokybiškam poilsiui. Pradžiugino paliktos kavos kapsulės ir indaplovės kapsulės. Patiko du balkonai su gražiu vaizdu, apsauga nuo uodų, du televizoriai, kondicionieriai. Lengvai ir beveik vienodu atstumu pasiekiama jūra, Vytauto gatvė, parkas ar Basanavičiaus gatvė. Aiškios patekimo į butą instrukcijos. Savininkai maloniai leido išsikelti iš buto vėliau. Butas tinka poilsiui visais metų laikais!
