Not worth the high price.

Convenient location.

Bad smell of wet old fabrics in the bedroom, bedroom curtain that does not protect from bright light, terrible state of a frying pan, no space for the car- huge drawback for guests who arrive with car, much noise from Basanavicius street.

location is very good, convenient access to everywhere. the apartment is in 5th floor, has a balcony, very nice view.

Great location

Shower covering glass was broken and owners decided that covering it with half meter short shower curtain it’s a perfect solution. After each shower whole bathroom was flooded. We had to buy new shower curtain at least to properly cover missing glass. It is disrespectful to the guests, at minimum. For this price one shall expect to have normal shower

Good place for a short stay

Good location. A small balcony to East (apartment No 211), with a view of old trees, what was an advantage in spring.

The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. The shower has only curtains, therefore, there’s always a wet floor after using it. There’s no conditioner or heating, it was quite cold therein in late spring.

Sheets. It was synthetic, did not feel nice and comfortable sleeping in this kind material. Sofa-bed wasn't comfortable as well. Especially sitting on it. It wasn't stable. Balcony rug was dirty, not entirely satisfying. Other that that, everything was good.

Overnight sleep place

The property's location is perfect, everything is nearby/within walking distance. The apartment is not very spacious but enough for two. The apartment has a balcony to the yard, so there are no spectacular views... Generally - OK.

The communication with the host was very formal, we had few issues - there was no proper attitude. Also, the problem was - not accurate details of our stay, on our arrival, it appeared that parking is not free of charge, we should pay for it and it was quite complicated to do that (only coins, as we had to pay 45 EUR (15 EUR/day) - not that easy to collect), finally we had to solve the problem ourselves.
