Easy entrance, easy to find. Great location. Safe flat, new build.
Not enough towels, communication was not there, asked for towels and blankets yet they responded right before the last night of the stay. They have asked to clean up after ourselves, and yes, I always keep the place clean after my stay, however, it’s strange to ask that from guests when they pay a lump of money for a hotel service. Not all necessary blankets and bedding were provided, with beds being uncomfortable and constantly moving around (single beds pushed together to make a double….). When the beds separate, the blanket doesn’t cover the bed. The bedroom upstairs is not light proof so once 5am hits, it’s a hot sauna with insane light coming in. The downstairs bedroom was like a storage space, so small, with two beds cramped in. The bathroom downstairs was quite stinky.
Oh and the main bedroom does not have a door. So all noises travel within the entire flat.
The kitchen had 1 little hand towel, which is not quite enough for 5 people stay over 4 days.
Not enough mugs or cups or glasses either.
Could include better recommendations for parking.
