facilities are great, appropriate for all ages
limited selection available for bed types and lack of transparency about actual reality.
there was no iron
there was no kitchen utensils at all in the one bedroom apartment, no spoon, fork, plate or glass.
no additional mattress available.
announced activities timing keep changing we couldn't plan our day and missed some of it.
