    V high quality. Great service. Great retail and restaurants minutes away. Lovely development especially for children with small theme park and play areas. Only downside is distance to tourist attractions and public transport.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

    Marriott Executive Apartments Istanbul Tema World is a beautiful, brand-new property, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing and completely fails to meet the standards expected of a Marriott hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. Upon check-in, we requested urgent luggage delivery to our room since our driver was waiting for us outside. After waiting for over half an hour, I went back down to the lobby, only to find that guests who arrived after us with large amounts of luggage had already been served, while our bags were left sitting near the door. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in one of our rooms was not working. I asked the staff to fix it more than four times to no avail. It was only after I escalated the issue and asked to speak directly with the hotel manager that a technician was finally sent, who confirmed that the AC unit was indeed faulty. This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott property. Great physical setup, but severe management and customer service shortcomings.
