It is very closed to the city center. The price is attractif and also the communication is very easy with the owner, which is very nice.

The noise from the cars, the street is very busy. And a lot of dust on the terrace.

Room was in the centre, nice bakeries and shops around. Shower was very good and it has a fridge and kettle etc.

The parking lot was a drama as it is apparantly always full so we had to park 10 minutes away and were treated unfriendly by locals. And the apartment smelled badly of (old) sigarette smoke/ ashtray.
