Ok! This was challenging. The apartment is exceptional. It has everything you need and is close to the bus station. It is safe and secure and i really enjoyed the patio in the sun. The exceptional part is how when not good things happen, they are handled perfectly.

Kosovo had power outages while I was ar the apartment. This meant no electricity, heat, or hot water. It is freezing cold and snowing. This is NOT the fault of the owners. They are wonderful. I did leave the last night and found heat and hot water in another location. The owners we’re in constant contact and updated me on what was happening in Kosovo and what the manager of the building was doing. Really top-Notch service! The owners also reached out to other apartment owners experiencing the same thing. In addition, they offered to meet me and return the last night charge. Wonderful people!! When I am back in Prizren, I will certainly stay here!

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located. It truly felt like home. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again
