A very comfortable stay at a charming destination

The apartment was incredibly clean, very cozy and comfortable, had a huge terrace and is located steps away from the centre of Prizren.

comfortable stay

The stay was comfortable and the room looked nice. The location is excellent — very close to most attractions. The owner was helpful and even provided restaurant recommendations. The amenities included a kettle, iron, coffee mix, soap, and there’s even a bidet!

route to the property is a bit hilly, and the pavement path consists of uneven cobblestones, which might not be easy for you to bring your luggage with

Splendid apartment in the heart of the historic old town

What an amazing apartment – we wish we had got longer here. We arrived on the coach from Albania and let the host know and he responded immediately to make sure we could get in to the apartment and check in. The apartment is right in the historic old town centre of Prizren with its bustling street life and less than 5 minutes walk to the famous stone bridge and riverside. It was a perfect location. The apartment was delightful – large spacious, fully quipped and a large balcony with lots of seating. It could not have been better in any way. Prizren itself is a must-do location for any Balkans travel. The whole place is alive with lots to do, lots to see and more than plenty restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The apartment is a SUPERB choice while in Prizren!

I LOVED every aspect of my stay at Duam Apartments! The apartment is spacious, immaculate, fabulously decorated, and well-equipped with amenities. It has a superb balcony with a lovely view, a fantastic, rainfall shower, beautiful towels, and a comfortable bed. There is a digital entry box, so I did not have to concern myself with any physical keys, which was an enjoyable perk. The location of the apartment couldn't be better. It is situated on a small, side street with no outlet, so it is very quiet. At the same time, it is only a three-minute walk to the center of Old Town. There is a well-stocked mini-supermarket a 6-minute stroll away. The host is beyond friendly! He is always responsive, helpful, and just a really nice guy! I can't think of ANYTHING which could be improved. I, also, can't fathom why anyone would want to stay anywhere else while visiting this charming town of Prizren. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful Apartment

This is a spacious studio apartment. A lot of thought must have gone into the design of it because everything is so convenient to use. Location is great. It is just a short work to the square with the fountain yet it is quiet.

Sections of streets between the river and the apartment is not paved. I am not sure whether it is a permanent condition. This is also out of the control of the host.

Bien. Confusión y nuevo precio acordado

Está limpio y céntrico, aunque la calle de acceso está en obras y solo se puede llegar a pie los últimos metros. El dueño tuvo la confianza de que para pagar yo dejara el dinero en la habitación al irme. Eso es cómodo porque para estancias de 1 día, en que no hay tiempo, ahorra inconvenientes logísticos.

Reservé una habitación grande con balcón por 48 euros. Súper bien decorada. Después de reservar, el dueño me llama y me comenta que por un error, la habitación que reservé seguía ocupada pero que tenía otra equivalente o mejor y que me la dejaba por el mismo precio, a lo cual accedí. Cuando llego al apartamento, observo que la habitación que tengo es más pequeña y que la decoración es años luz más simple, así que le pedí que arregláramos el precio, porque algo no cuadraba, en función del precio de las otras habitaciones que tiene el alojamiento.
