It was clean and the amenities were great. Great location, air conditioning!

I had a problem with the washing machine and they charged me 100euro for it. I understand that the issue happened while I was using it, but I didn’t expect to pay that much. I asked to have a receipt and they said that it would cost more money if I had one. I understand this, but felt strange to pay cash with no documentation.

I had a fantastic stay at the studio on Rue de France. The location is absolutely perfect—everything is just a short walk away, including Carrefour, the beach, and the tram station. It’s also only about 10 minutes from Old Nice and ideally situated along the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. The studio itself was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. It had all the facilities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made my stay even more comfortable. I especially appreciated having a washing machine available—perfect after a long, warm day exploring the city. A special thank you to Paula, who was incredibly friendly and responsive whenever I needed anything—her support really made the stay even better. Overall, a highly convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Emplacement du studio à côté du tramway qui amène à la ville dans un sens et à l'aéroport dans l'autre donc très pratique. La plage ce situe elle a 5min à pied ce qui est plus que parfait. Le studio est beau et bien agencé avec une diversité d'ustensiles et appareils (machine à laver notamment) à disposition qui en font une 2eme maison.

Le canapé convertible sert de couchage, tous n'y trouveront donc pas leur confort par ce fait.
