It is a good property for its purpose. Very tiny, but nice and clean. It was everything for a stay: a comfy bed, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, and a nice, clean bathroom. I had good communication with the owner if I had any questions. PS easy to get from the airport to the property by tram. I am satisfied with the stay there.
It is the basement area. Although there is not enough natural light, the property has good lighting in the room.

O locație exact ca in poze, curata, dotată cu toate cele necesare (de la uscător de păr la călcător și tot ce e nevoie). Foarte aproape de plaja (max 5 minute)
Pare a fi putina umezeala înăuntru, dar nu e ceva grav. Nu exista mucegai sau miros. Chiar și aerul din Nisa e umed, in general
