6 Cute Cunningham close to Subiaco - sleeps 2

Clean tidy comfortable bed close walking distance to coles McDonald and park across the road

Power switch in kitchen is a bit dangerous and switch in bathroom broken (electrical danger would need repair Oven was awsome really good stay

The appartment was comfy and super cosy. Everything was clean and was as per the photos shown. Basic cooking utensils, just enough you need to cook. Was suprise to see the rice cooker which was life saving. I would say amenities was 10/10 for a good stay from kitchen to washing machine, dryer, iron etc. Plus point its near a very nice park and walking distance to the bus and train station.

Everything was just great except for the central AC/Heater, which was found on the ceiling in between the kitchen and living room. Had to keep the bedroom door open for the heat as it can be super cold during winter. No heater/AC in the bedroom

Very well set up exactly what we were looking for

There was no drying rack for dishes

Location It was peaceful

1. The Wifi - it is beyond woeful. Doesn’t matter what we did, or how many times we reset their ‘mesh’ box (there’s no modem in the property, so obviously we’re using someone else’s/communal wifi), it continuously buffers/drops out/or non-existent. 2. Foul Smell in Bathroom - the toilet was leaking waste water into the shower 🤮 3. Vertical Blinds - tattered and a bunch of vertical blinds missing/broken + connections broken. 4. Ceiling Light Fittings - full of dead insects 5. Bathroom Exhaust Fan - sounds like a freight train, and filthy 6. Air Conditioner/Heater - continuously dripping water sound. Service? 7. Fly Screens - torn/damaged, full of cobwebs 8. Coat Hangers - only 6? 9. Bedside Lights - we have one on each side, but no socket to plug one of them into 10. Hooks/Towel Rail - seriously lacking. There’s 1 hook (available on the back of the bathroom door) in the entire property 11. Shower Curtain - it’s at least 1 foot too short, so the bathroom floor gets soaked with every shower We paid $1855 for a week ($265/night) and would have expected a significantly better maintained apartment for this price.
