The apartment was well cleaned, the kitchen utensils were sufficient for our use. We loved the balcony for morning coffees. The street was lovely to walk along and close to the acropolis. There was timely communication with the host.
The neighbours were a bit noisy but I guess that is apartment living!

As mentioned in some of the comments, there is graffiti but it is everywhere in Athens. We were less than a mile from the acropolis and in walking distance to everything. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. I really appreciated the washing machine as we had been on an island before so it was nice to be able to wash a few items. The host provided easy instructions to obtain the keys and even provided photographs. It was very easy to check in and out. I would recommend staying here.
Everything was great! I would recommend a taxi or car service to get you to and from the residence as the airport and port are pretty far, but you can also take the metro.
