Thisio City Center

The apartment is very near the Thisseio garden and metro station, making it a very convenient location for visiting all of Athens, either by foot — Monastiraki, Kerameikos, Gazi, the Ágora, the Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma... are all within walking distance — or by metro. The building is an oldish one, but the apartment itself is modern and beautifuly decorated, with an open-space with a fully-equipped kitchen and a table and a living area with a sofa. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Both the living area and the tow rooms open up to a balcony. The view into the front street is not much, but the area is quiet and just drinking a glass of wine in the balcony was very nice. The WiFi is veru fast and reliable. There is a minimarket and a very good bakery very near the apartment, as well as excellent tabernas just around the corner. All in all, we had a lot for the price we paid. An unforgettable experience!

The location

Did not have a microwave

Great location. Bakery and grocery store just a few steps away. Quiet, safe neighborhood yet easy walk to the tourist area by the Acropolis

Could have used a few more kitchen supplies (large knives for cutting up fruit/veggies)

La ubicación casi perfecta, muy cerca de la zona turística a un precio bajo

faltaba microondas. El barrio sucio, pero como todas las zonas próximas a la zona exclusivamente dedicada al turismo.
