Minimal 2bd apartment in Thisio

Da excelente localização. A 15 minutos a pé da entrada principal da Acrópole. Num bairro muito sossegado. Sentimo-nos sempre seguros. A 5 minutos do metro. Muitos restaurantes, supermercado, pastelaria, ... Tivemos um problema com um dos autoclismo que foi prontamente resolvido.

O apartamento fica numa cave, mas não foi propiamente um problema.

Tout était parfait juste un toilettes la chasse d’eau était cassé et dommage que la terrasse était pas préparé un super atout a ne pas oublier 😪

The Staff was very helpful. The location was excelent: easy to get to, very close to the Acropole entrance, quiet surroundings. Also there are a lot of supermarkets and a bakery near by. The fact that it has 2 bathrooms is another big plus. It is a verry big appartment.

- no central heating. We used the 3 AC units to hear the place (in March), but the noise done by the external units were awful for us and probably for the neighbours also ( just imagining as no one complained about this) - the appartment is on a basement so it is a little claustrophobic as verry few natural light got in. However, we knew this from the presentation. We use it only for a several hour sleep over the night so this was not really a big issue for us 😀 - there was some strange smell in the hallway and also in the bathrooms (from the sewege) - the kitchen was well equipped but a new frying pan could be a minimum investment that the owner should do asap
