I really liked the location, the space and amenities of the appartment. Comfy couch, good sized TV.
Initially it was pretty cold in the appartment (~19.5 degrees Celsius), but after talking to the host we were able to adjust that. There is a washing machine, 2 types of irons (very convenient): a vertical and a normal one.
Cleaning was done surface level. There was no soap in the bathroom (we didn’t raise the issue with the host either since we had our own, I think it would have been solved). We needed to use the washing machine, it was dirty and with a bad smell. I cleaned it myself and used washing machine desinfectant.
The dishwasher and cleaning cream seemed to be on the cheaper side.
Be prepared for steep stairs, which is unconvenient for baggage handling.
Also, they have a long window between check-in and check-out. 17h for the check-in is quite late (we were able to check-in at 16h though), and the check-out is earlier than the usual (10h). There is a 7 hour window..

La beauté du lieu, l'atmosphère apaisante, la proximité du marché et de petits commerces de bouche de qualité + un supermarché. L'accès direct au centre-ville à pieds ou en transport. La facilité a sortir de Tours pour faire d'autres visites. Le calme du quartier.
