Alles war super und hat geklappt, netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber......und sehr elegant eingerichtet. Es gab genügend freie Parkplätze vor der Tür. Der Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit für Fragen erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Very clean and well-appointed apartment. Close to station and with Lidl store en route. Host dealt exceptionally well with our issues (see negative points).

The Property does not have three bedrooms as advertised - it only has one - so it wasn’t really suitable for my party of three adult male friends. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a huge double bed, a sofa bed on the landing at the top of the stairs under the sloping ceiling, and a bathroom. As the bedroom and bathroom doors and walls are glass there is very little privacy. Downstairs there is a study with a further sofa bed, which can be used as a bedroom, but with no bedside units, etc. There is also a further bathroom. Whilst this arrangement will be fine for many, it is most definitely not three bedrooms. Additionally there are several glass doors and walls within the apartment, including specifically a glass door to the kitchen which has no markings on it, and these could present a hazard.

Ofen stark verschmutzt; verschmutztes Geschirr im Küchenschrank; Wäschetrockner war noch voll mit Bettwäsche; Toiletten waren nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt
