Very good location Host is responsive, the air con didn't work for the first night. We thought we were going to have to change hotels but someone came to change it quickly Free washer and separate dryer that are free to use with detergent Has a kettle, stove and fridge freezer which work well. A table that you can eat at too

Minimal sound proofing - you need ear plugs because the streets nearby are loud. We stayed one night at Saigon Nam Hotel to avoid the noise and get a good night's sleep. Very good hotel for similar price! Staircase is a bit tricky with luggage as its small but also curves around. Someone else on these reviews has a picture - check before you stay if you have difficulty carry things or walking Bed is a small double with a small blanket, not comfortable for 2 people Towels are very small so we used our own for showering and used them for face towels instead Water pressure isn't great, I think the shower head needs a different attachment to help with the leaking
