Spotlessly clean, you could eat a meal off the floor. It’s not a hotel, but a great location to see the real Vietnam, safe, interesting and a literal stone’s throw to the station. We were there 3 nights and took $2 Grabs to the city centre. Streetfood nearby was good and basic but not touristy at all. Bahn Mi from the stands near by were about a dollar and genuinely some if the tastiest I’ve had anywhere in the country.
Nothing to complain about at all. It’s somewhere to stay thats clean, cheap, friendly snd safe: not a hotel by Aussie standards. You’ll need to pay cash up front. But we knew that. Use google translate.

Lady at reception was lovely. The room was spacious and spotless. Located opposite entry to Saigon station makes it ideal for an overnight stay before/after taking a train. Nearby were mini-marts and places to eat.

まだ新しいので気持ち良く泊まれた。できたばかりなせいか、宿泊代も低めだった。駅にも近くロッテリアなどの飲食店も多かったです。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。
