staff sent multiple emails staying in touch with me although I never got to HCMC

Very quiet area and good soundproofing. The price was good for the value and the check in was easy.
The place is not easy to find and the directions could be better. They ask for a payment after booking to confirm and they don't accept card, so you have to transfer or go to a mini mart.

There was nobody at the ask the whole stay. We Also couldn’t find someone.. room is okay.

Didn't stay here as they were full
Even after booking and getting a confirmation with BOOKING.COM, when we called them up, they said they were FULL.
We never got to go there.
