The staff were helpful when I told them I lost my camera although it was not their fault. They offered me to help check my room and go through CCTV camera. I also requested for a quick clean up the day before my check out and they neatly placed all my items.

There was early construction at 7am and I was right next to it. There was also a power outage after I checked in. The floor in the bathroom can also be slippery, so just be cautious.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly enjoyable to stay in. Everything felt cozy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff member who helped me was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed anything. Her kindness made my stay even better. The only downside was that the hotel’s location was not properly listed on Google Maps, which made me a little suspicious at first. However, once I arrived and saw the place for myself, I completely forgot about that concern because the hotel was so good. The breakfast changes every morning and is usually Vietnamese food, which I personally thought was a nice experience and a great opportunity to try local dishes. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It’s in a great location and offered a wonderful experience.
