The apartment was outstanding. Everything you would need was there. Sunny, clean,spacious and a lovely balcony to enjoy your wine. Although it is in the Oceanside Resort and twin towers it is managed separately (thank god). The owner was lovely, communicated immediately and instructions were excellent. Absolute bonus not having to deal with reception as they are extremely rude and have no people skills. Bus and hot pools across the road, a 2 min walk to both Mount Maunganui and Pilot Bay beaches and cafes and restaurants right outside the door. Book with this private owner, you won’t regret it.

A lovely and roomy apartment,however,was really cold and only heatpump was in the bedroom.There was a small radiator on wheels to heat kitchen ,dining and lounge.Even with elements on on stove it took some hours to heat up.View from apartment was of a carpark across the road,thought there might have been a seaview.
