Inside, the open-concept living room, vaulted ceilings, and large windows create a bright and airy space that’s perfect for large family gatherings! Watch a movie on the 51" flat-screen TV, play a board game at the large dining table, or cook up a favorite family meal in the fully stocked kitchen with seating for everyone at the breakfast bar and dining area. We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything so you can travel light and still feel right at home.
Our kitchen offers you:
-Coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sugar are all included!)
-Electric tea kettle (tea included!)
-Blender
-Full set of dishes, silverware, and glassware
-Pool-safe plastic glasses

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families of all sizes:
-A serene master suite with a king bed with tempurpedic mattress and private seating area. Private full bathroom with his/her sinks and a hand-held shower head for your comfort.
-Private bedroom with a queen bed and a comfortable reading chair.
-And a fun bunk bed room that sleeps six!
-Each room comes with storage and closets for your convenience.
There is a second full bathroom for hassle-free mornings!
Our laundry room includes a washer and dryer, as well as detergent and other amenities you may need during your stay. This is also where you will find the door to your 15x30 private pool!
Outside, you will find a Tiki bar area for a fun night! Grills to enjoy the outdoors. And a wrap around porch to keep you in the shade. There is sitting for 6+ people so you and your family can enjoy the sunset together!
The pool area is large with plenty of sitting and loungers.

We do not keep any of the cleaning fee; 100% of your cleaning fee will go towards maintaining a spectacular experience for our guests. Included in the cleaning fee is:

- General house cleanup. Sweeping, mopping, linens, towels, dusting, bathroom sanitation, etc.

House was alot bigger inside than expected. That was a plus. Plenty of everything you need while there. The backyard could use some lights. So that you can enjoy the pool at night and the backyard. Other than that.. the stay was pleasant and I would choose it again.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful, clean and pool was absolutely great to have. Short walk or drive to the beach. They have everything you need from sand toys to chairs and umbrellas. The host was more than helpful with tips for the beach and place to book to fish and rent boats. Thank you guys for having us. See you next year.

This was a great place to spend our week in Destin. Bobbie and Milt are easy to talk to and available for any questions. The house was perfect for our needs but the pool was even better!! Pretty sure I’m still water logged. If we decide to visit Destin in the future this will be our go to property.
