Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is warmed from Nov - March and is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic tables.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.

4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

We know your fur babies are family, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for small dogs.

The pool is heated from Nov - March.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Spa quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items if needed.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
