A Wave From it All is a charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Leisure Bay. This beautiful home features a spacious open floor plan and a bright kitchen with granite counters and all stainless-steel appliances. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in each of the guest bedrooms, two twin bunkbeds in the loft area, and a sofa sleeper in the living room sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. Plus, the master bedroom has balcony access that overlooks the sparking community pool! Take the short stroll to the beach (approx 700 yds), splash around in the community pool, or explore Destin Commons nearby! Leisure Bay is a quaint subdivision of ten single family homes just off Ellis Road between U. S. Highway 98 West and Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida. The neighborhood is 3 blocks from Miramar Beach public beach access and Pompano Joe's Seafood and Oyster House. The shared pool never gets too busy since Leisure Bay is a small community of homes, and it's conveniently located between Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, both just 2 short miles away.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.


All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping.  One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
