About this house rental
Three bedrooms. A master suite with a King bed, full bathroom tub and two custom closets with hangers to accommodate your wardrobe. A secondary bedroom with a queen bed, spacious walk-in closet and a full bathroom. A third bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed and a 1/2 bathroom. We also have 2 queen air mattresses. Access to kitchen living room, and 2 balconies. You will be required to sign a rental agreement through Docusign upon booking and send a picture ID.
There's free street parking but be aware of the signs to avoid a ticket.

Wonderful place. Everything was perfect. Close to everything. We had a wedding event in Midtown. Perfect location. So much space in this townhouse. Everything was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. Great communication.

Elvy was excellent in communicating directions and property details. We loved the fact that the unit is the corner, unit giving us a bit of privacy and a great view of the downtown skyline. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as the common areas. An unexpected bonus for us was the additional half bath!, coffee pods, and snack station! Thank you for that extra effort.
