About this house rental
You will feel right at home in this charming neighborhood that is minutes from the dining and shopping scene of West Midtown, Midtown, and Buckhead as the well outdoor spaces of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine. Lovely walkable area with nearby parks, a variety of restaurants, and a grocery store. Just a short ride away from anywhere in the city - Your ideal Atlanta location. Our main level suite is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire home. Access to the top story requires the ability to walk upstairs. The master suite comes with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with double sinks. The remaining upstairs rooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a full.
Downstairs is complete with two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared bathroom with a standup shower. The kitchenette comes with a gas stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, and mini-fridge. A scrub brush and dish detergent are available for dirty dishes.
There is an office area available if you are traveling for work or need to bring work along with you while you travel. There is also a TV/hangout room on the far side of the house, as well as in the downstairs living room, perfect if part of your party wants to stay up while the rest turn in for the night.
The kitchen is supplied with coffee needs as well as pots and pans if you decide to cook from home. A dishwasher and detergent are available upstairs if needed. Please return all kitchen items to the appropriate level. Towels, bath needs (including hairdryers), bedding, and linens are provided for all guests.
The outdoor common areas are available for all guests to enjoy. There are two driveways and free street parking available if you come with a car.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family's visit to the area for my cousin's wedding. The beds were VERY comforting!!! The lower level came in handy separating the 2 with littles vs others who wanted to sleep in. The 2 driveways came in handy as well! If we find ourselves back in the area, we'd stay here again.

We looked at a lot of properties to find the best rating with adequate sleeping areas and places to hang out. This property had all 5 star ratings. How could we go wrong? We were excited about the outdoor area and the multiple common areas. We arrived and the entrance was not swept and really dingy. I was nervous before we even opened the door. Upon entering the walls were extremely dirty. I then went to the kitchen and immediately smelled bug spray. I opened the cabinet and the shelves had crumbs on them and the first plastic bowl I picked up was dirty. There were drawers that were just nasty. None of them were lined and I made a note to not open them again. We had to plug in most of the lamps and the one in the upstairs main area did not work. The light over the kitchen table was full of dust and debris. There were water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling in the main area and the master bath. The trim was dirty. On another note dark sheets in a rental is not good. We were not able to use the outdoor area at all. It had dirt and moss and mud all over it and the furniture was stored under clothes with standing dirty water on top. There was not one piece of comfortable furniture in the house. We kept moving and trying different rooms. The table in the basement had a piece of glass that actually felt while we were sitting there. Going back one night a roach met us inside the front door Furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Only positive was location. so disappointing.
