The Audrey @Atlantic Station: Fire Pit, Outdoor Dining, BBQ, Cornhole/Horseshoes

The golden star for this property is its location. My sister and I were in town for a concert and we were a mile and a half from the venue. We were also so close to many restaurants and stores. The street the house is on is very quiet and felt safe. The interior of the house was very clean and provided much of what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Though the house is small, we found that it worked well for our needs of a weekend stay. However, the outdoor space was disappointing. The screened porch and fire pit area had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. We had to clean off the furniture and sweep the porch to make it usable. The furniture in the fire pit area was filthy and when we attempted to use the garden hose to spray it off, the hose had leaks in it and was basically unusable. Also, the grass was very overgrown. So even though we were looking forward to using the outdoor space, we were limited to the screened porch. My last critique is that the bedrooms were minimally appointed. The room I slept in only had a tiny accent table to put my loose items on and didn’t have a lamp. My sister’s room had a lamp but also didn’t have much surface area for loose items. We didn’t end up needing the bunk room because my teenagers had to change their plans last minute. But the bunk room would have been extremely tight for two teenagers. It really only had enough room for the bunk bed. With all that said, we still very much enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable with lots of things to help stay entertained!

Backyard look nothing like the picture. Does not sleep 8 different adults. Maybe if only considering couples then you can make it happen. 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with 2 couches. Location and area is fantastic but the actual house landscaping was not maintained and very old interior with some door handles barely operable.
