All was as expected at the bungalow. Great location and very nice stay. Kids loved the basement floor

The co-host was very responsive upon our arrival and answered our questions quickly. The location felt safe, had a large yard, and the house was nicely decorated, which we appreciated.That said, the interior was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty, damp smell throughout the home. Even with air purifier/dehumidifier the odor remained. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, as there was soap left in the shower from a previous guest and hair on the floor.The entire downstairs had not been vacuumed, with dead bugs along the walls, & roaches found in one bedroom. 217.00 cleaning fee was not acceptable and it not being properly cleaned. The stairs did not feel safe for older guests. While there is a shower downstairs the shower/ jacuzzi tub upstairs is not friendly for an elderly person.While the home had nice features, the interior conditions did not meet expectations for the price paid. With some improvements to cleanliness and comfort, this property could be a much better experience for future guests.
