Located by Piedmont Park, Beltline, Ansley Park, Golf Course & Ansley Mall. A short walk/drive to everything you need for your stay in Atlanta.

The space
This new home was built in 2017 with over 5000 sq ft of living space, a large basement with a pool table, with everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the heart of Atlanta. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked.
6 bedrooms with 5 full baths and a half bath by the kitchen. The home has 11 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 6 pillow-top mattress beds (4 upstairs with 2 kings and 2 queens, 1 on the main floor with a queen, 1 in the basement with a king). Additionally there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room & 4 air mattresses located in the common space, 2 kings and 2 queens. There are also a large couch in the basement that can be used.

Accurate guest count required by VRBO and insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. Great home in a nice neighborhood; parking was crowded/tight. Manager is *very* interested if you’ll have more guests than originally booked (ie increased charge), but refuses to respond to multiple inquiries re:refund if your booking changes to *fewer* than originally planned. It made for a stressful stay and marred what should have been a fun and relaxing week
