Its literally minutes to any of the incredible areas around downtown Atlanta: Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, Beltline, and GA Tech, Close to GA-400, I-85, & I-285, quickly get to State Farm Arena (8.7miles), Midtown, Downtown, GAWCC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium & SunTrust Stadium!

We stayed here while in Atlanta for my son’s wedding, and it was the perfect home for our family. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well laid out—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient and easy to get to multiple locations! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, Thank you Jay!! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family or looking for a spacious, welcoming place to stay!

House was clean, great location, perfect for our group. We had 7 ppl stay and the house was plenty big enough. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will book here again.

We loved the location of this house, it was close to everywhere we needed to be on our trip and accommodated a large group. The view out of the back windows was really wonderful. But as far as rentals go, this was one of the most neglected I have seen. Towels were damp in the bathrooms, some rooms hadn't been cleaned beyond clean sheets on the bed, no shampoo in the bathrooms, no blinds or curtains on one of the bedroom's windows, and there was visible mold on the walls in the bathrooms and in one of the closets. The air hockey table technically works - but buzzes so loudly nobody wanted to play. Communication was a little weird too, mostly had to confirm that we were not going to have any parties while host offered little hospitality. This rental was in a great spot though - and we enjoyed being together with our group in one place.
