➤ The garage is off-limits to guests. We kindly ask that you do not access this area during your stay.

➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.

It accommodated us well, was clean and in an excellent walkable location. The management communication was excellent.The beds were all very soft. The upstairs bathroom was quite small.

Four of us travelled to Atlanta to shop for formal dresses for an upcoming event. We all arrived separately and I was a little worried about parking. But even when one of us didn't arrive until close to 9pm, there was plenty of parking. We needed to communicate with our host once and the response was quick and efficient. The house was immaculate, easy to access, and plenty quiet. We all agreed we would stay there again.
