Casa Blanca Golf Villas is Rocky Point Resort living at its finest for only $149.00 per night . SLEEPS 8. Located at the beach in the famous Sandy Beach Resorts master planned community of Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point, you will find this ideal location. Come visit, relax, and enjoy life to its fullest. Every Casa Blanca Golf Villa has a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez as well as our central park area.
There are approximately 15 acres including 5 plus acres of spectacular desert oasis park with exciting amenities. The luxurious condominiums and breathtaking beach community villas are located by the ocean. 2 heated pools and the newest pool with a swim up bar
There is a professional putting 18 hole golf course available, free to renters. The grounds have 4 pools and lounge areas, one located just below Condo balcony. Several gas grill picnic areas with palapas, Volleyball court, and additional Cabana areas for larger groups. There is a nice paved path leading to easy beach access to a wonderful sandy beach. The Condo is fully furnished with air conditioning and heat, satellite TV, and a full kitchen and laundry facilities. This is a non-smoking unit and there are limited pets allowed (pet fee required). No Cats sorry

En casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort encontrarás habitacion master con cama king size y una de invitados con cama queen size todos los muebles y ropa de cama son nuevos, baños(master y de invitados), amplia sala de descanso con espectacular smart TV de 60 ” y canales nacionales como internacionales, cosina equipada con refrigerador, estufa-horno electrico, cafetera, y lavabajilla asi tambien con un cuarto de utilidades especial con lavadora y secadora (nuevas 2020). Con vista a los jardines y el esprendoroso oceano, tambien cuenta con una parrilla electrica.
El condominio incluye Internet de alta velocidad (WIFI gratis) en todas las áreas. 4 albercas privadas, campos de golf ejecutivos(pequeños) y voleibol gratuito para nuestros huéspedes. Nuestro condominio tiene estacionamiento cubierto asignado y permitimos mascotas.

The condo itself was nice. Parking was a struggle and the resort looked like it was under construction (not hosts fault, i understand)

We had good communication with the host. The condominium is nice and has beautiful views. We liked that it has nearby pools and that it is also pet-friendly. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Unit was a bit tired and old. Several minor issues but when they added up we expected better. Thought we’d have a better view of the water but it was farther away than it looked in the pictures. Lots of areas on the grounds that looked like they should be filled with water were empty, giving it an abandoned look. However the unit was clean and adequate for our needs. Owner was responsive with a question.
