Thoughtfully designed with beach-inspired décor, this home captures the relaxing spirit of the Sea of Cortez and comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests — perfect for families or groups seeking space, comfort, and coastal charm.
BEDROOMS – The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with both a shower and tub for added relaxation. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed (queen on the bottom, twin on top) with its own private bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer queen beds and share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
LIVING SPACE – Spacious, thoughtfully designed living areas offer comfort and privacy, creating a relaxing environment ideal for laid-back beach vacations in the peaceful Las Conchas community.
PET-FRIENDLY – Pets are welcome with prior approval, for a $75 fee per pet.

The property was just steps away from the beach, and my three boys had so much fun. We especially enjoyed the open living area and kitchen, which gave us plenty of space to spend time together. The property was pet-friendly, and the host was communicative and responsive to our needs.

I honk this house was our absolute favorite. We have stayed in quite a few houses in las concha’s but this was by far our favorite. Will definitely recommend to others. The kids loved the beach themed walls and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is so much more beautiful in person and just steps away from the beach. We hope to return next vacation.

Everything was lovely regarding our stay - except the house wasn’t clean upon arrival (sheets with stains, hair on pillows etc) and the AC was locked at 82 degrees. Everything else was a dream - parking on site was good, early check in process was awesome, and the beach was to die for.
