About this house rental
The Thompson vacation home is a three bedroom three and a half bath home in the gated Las Conchas community. A roll away bed is available for an additional guest. Access to the beach is right across the street via the beach access alley between two beach houses, the beach is about 50 yards away. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. A half bath is located on the main floor adjacent to the great room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation; refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, glasses and silverware. The great room is next to the kitchen with a kitchen counter and dining table. Comfortable couches provide viewing of the TV which offers Dish Network channels. Outside are three patios that have views of the Sea of Cortes from different levels, each with a table and benches. In addition to the patios is a front porch with seating and access to the BBQ area. Secure parking is behind gates in the front yard. Las Conchas has 24/7 guard patrols so you can feel secure staying here.

Host was welcoming. Let us do an early check in. WiFi on Vrbo site isn’t updated, needed to look at router to find password. 2 of 3 the showers weren’t usable. One had no water and other just had cold water. The 2 two beds are fold out, small mattress’s were not comfortable. More bedding would be helpful for the foldouts. Kitchen and rooms was great, quite. Great ac system. Glad there were 4 bathrooms. Close to beach. Great closed in parking. Felt safe.

The Thompson Vacation Home is a great choice for families that want to be near the beach. Convenient, comfortable and clean.We enjoyed our stay and the host, Gary, was helpful with the recommendation of a doctor to see when our son wasn't feelimg well. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

House was a good price,but we figured out why was so inexpensive,not very clean bathroom rugs so bad we did not use ,walls very dirty ,water pressure was terrible, lock on front door never did work, no broom so floors got really dirty we would have swept and cleaned better but no cleaning supplies. Location was good and we did have a good time, place just needs attention
