This comfy cozy nicely appointed home on the BEACH is PET friendly and has an extended patio, fireplace, A/C, full kitchen, separate dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 8 as follows:

Living Room - 2 double futons
With the inner courtyard, shade palapa and large living room area, there is plenty of room for the whole gang.
This is in the popular Las Olas section of Las Conchas. Sit on the patio and watch the kids play on the huge sand bar out front while you sit with your toes in the sand and beer in your hand.

The rental was all freshly painted lots up updated items,new bedding new shower curtains, new chairs, new grill and cover, it smelled really good coming in, the place is perfect, Right on the beach and the Palapas Umbrella is really a great asset to have covered sitting in the sand, The vendors walk up and down the walkway next to it which makes for great shopping at your door. The Host is super easy to work with, she gave excellent directions and ideas. Also it was nice and cold AC The is good wifi as well as a good TV. Very pleased with the visit. The weather was perfect and traffic was not bad for memorial weekend. Coming in was Zero issue going home was about a 20 min wait.

This house is perfect for us and our two 50 pound dogs. The palapa and front yard are bith a great benifit

Beautiful location, beautiful beach, clear water. Lots of seabirds, quiet off-peak. The house is in dire need of renovation, the doors don't close properly, and there's no pressure in one of the bathrooms. Perfect for 4 people, but difficult to fit more around the dining table. The futon mattresses could use replacing.
