Had to come to town for a family wedding. Needed space for everyone. This house definitely has space. We mostly utilized the house for sleeping, since we were gone most of the day. Nice sized rooms. Everyone got their space. Clean. Easy to get to and easy parking. Quiet part of town.

We had a family weekend with 10 adults and 5 kids under 5 stay Thursday-Sunday. Overall, the home was very spacious for all of us and while many of us were not familiar with Manitowoc, we loved being just a short walk from a fairly quiet and beautiful beach that our family enjoyed. We wanted to note some things we liked and some things we think would make a stay even better for a group. Things we loved: Being walking distance to the beach was amazing! It was nice to be able to walk back and forth easily and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The dining room table was a great size for our group and we found ourselves sitting around it quite a bit during our stay. The amount of rooms and space was great for everyone feeling like they could spread out a bit. Things we would have liked:There was 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper and 3 garbage bags. With a group of our size, we went through that extremely quickly so we would have liked a few more of those essentials provided. The garbage bin outside was extremely small and we ended up having to put some garbage bags outside of the bin. A bigger bin a bin for recycling would be appreciated. No check out details were provided in terms of where we should put things including the bedding, garbage etc. more safety precautions. One of the bedrooms had some exposed electrical wiring, so we didn’t use that one. The basement was pretty swampy, which made parts of the home smell musty/moldy.
