About this house rental
This is a spacious, canal water front, open layout, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, ground level home that can accommodate up to 6 guests with plenty of room to spare. It is a short walk from multiple restaurants, bars, waterfront parks, and the Cabana Club. We are located on the ocean side, however you will have immediate access to the gulf through Vaca cut. Whether you are planning a fishing vacation, or a family getaway, our home will not disappoint and is the ultimate getaway!
This property has an open wide layout with an incredible view of the canal throughout the entire back of the house. The home includes three high definition Roku smart TV's, Wireless Internet, Direct TV, bait freezer, filet station, outdoor shower, beach gear, gas grill, Laundry, fully equipped kitchen, multiple ceiling fans, a kayak, and access to the Cabana Beach Club. Behind the house is a patio seating area with where you can enjoy your day having a meal, and drinks while watching the boats pass by. At night we have LED lighting outdoors to set the mood while viewing the stars. This property also offers a 37 1/2' dock with ample space to keep your boat.

Great place to stay in the keys. The place is well-equipped and clean. We were disappointed with the cabana club as it was very busy and we were not allowed to bring our water bottles. The house is well located and we rented a boat for the week. We visited Sombrero reef, coffin patch, the sand bars and the golf side. The sand bars were our favourite

Great place to stay. Parking was adequate. Boat dock was decent.
Kitchen had had everything we needed. Pots and pans were worn but all clean and usable.
Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels

Our host “forgot” to send the check-in instructions. I texted at 3:00; no response. Texted again at 4:00; no response. Called VRBO at 4:10, and they called the host. We finally gained access at 4:40.Home was clean and well-furnished. We appreciated the Club access for swimming. Days later we realized the refrigerator was not working so we had Luke-warm beverages and melted freezer items. Host got it repaired quickly after we reported it to her. The host texted “I can send you a check if you would like. A little something for the inconvenience with check in and the ice cream etc.” That was November 11, and still have not received the compensation.
